The Loyalty Card entitles the bearer to additional discounts over and above current discounts given throughout our outlets.
This Card is transferrable. By sharing it with family & friends, you will increase the cumulative value on your card, while the person you share it with, will gain the additional discount that applies on this card.
Our Loyalty Card system has three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Silver: By spending €5,000.00 (net of discounts and net of VAT) at any of our companies, you have automatically qualified for the Silver Loyalty Card. This entitles the bearer to an additional 2% discount over and above any current discounts on any future purchases.
Gold: Upon reaching a cumulative total of €15,000.00 (net of discounts and net of VAT), you shall be upgraded to the Gold level. This will entitle the bearer to an additional 4% discount over and above any current discounts on any future purchases.
Platinum: When your total purchases from the FXB Group reach €25,000.00 (net of discounts and net of VAT), you shall qualify for the Platinum card. This will entitle the bearer to an additional 6% discount over and above any current discounts on any future purchases.
The Loyalty Card shall also entitle you, the holder, to the following exclusive benefits:
- Advance notice of new stocks and/or new products.
- Advance notice of special offers.
- Invitation to customer evenings and special events.
- Exclusive discount for members only.
